WorldEvents is a fully bonded travel company. That means we can arrange, book and issue international travel tickets and hotel rooms for you and your delegates in-house, giving you ultimate control and total peace of mind.

Our specialist group Travel Department has the experience to ensure the comfort, safety and cost-effective travel of all your delegates. Our team offers advice and recommendations on destinations taking into account, flight times, transfer times, connection times and costs.

Projects range from transporting 2,000 delegates from all over Europe to the South of France using aircraft exclusively chartered for their company, to issuing 700 rail tickets for beauty consultants to travel from all over the UK to London for the day.

It is a legal requirement that a conference and incentive travel organiser holds the licences and is properly bonded to operate. Where providing prepaid flight-inclusive programmes to UK based companies or individuals the organiser must hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence issued by the Civil Aviation. This ensures that the programme is ATOL Protected.
