Online Registration

At WorldEvents we have created our own bespoke online system that allows total flexibility and total control. Our event software is an online delegate management tool that allows us – and you – to manage events from invitations through to post event evaluation.

It enables email invitations to be sent to delegates and lets your delegates register quickly and easily wherever they are in the world. It shows travel details, arrival times and details of dietary requirements along with the event programme, the destination and venues for various activities.

Delegate Registration

• Simple and easy to use delegate registration captures all the key information for each attendee.
• Event stakeholders can register a group of delegates easily and effectively, editing details thereafter.
• Automated email confirmations of registration are sent to the delegate upon completion of the initial registration page. This can include confirmation of travel policy and booking of flights.
• Our system includes simple and easy to use inventory management and group booking facilities. These cater for the management of accommodation, social functions, meeting sessions etc with the data displayed always representing real-time status of the meeting.

Security

• Our system offers 100% confidentiality. Every aspect to the system is password protected. Even the basic information pages cannot be viewed without prior invitation to login and ALL users must hold a valid username and password prior to accessing the site.
• Our system offers as standard, varying levels of access privileges. Determined by our customers, these privileges can be amended or revoked at any time on demand.
