Standard Operating ProceduresOur Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are the key to ensuring a consistently high level of client service and effective event delivery. They have been tried and tested through numerous events and are constantly fine-tuned and updated. They are sufficiently flexible to suit each client’s requirements. Staff Training and DevelopmentWe believe it is paramount to develop motivated, professional event managers to meet our clients’ expectations. We implement a comprehensive ongoing programme of internal and external training. We have a dedicated operations department and human resources manager to monitor and support our account teams. Their role is to implement best practice whenever possible and continuously improve on our SOPs. Evaluation of EventsAs a Standard Operating Procedure, we propose a post event evaluation be carried out to include the following;
Health & SafetyAll our staff are fully trained in the latest Health & Safety legislation. On joining WorldEvents they undergo rigorous training that is then refreshed every year. We also use a series of proven documents to assess the Health and Safety of all aspects of your event from the venue to suppliers. In addition we undertake a full Risk Assessment of every hotel and venue. Crisis ManagementThe vast majority of events will always run successfully and without incident. However, at WorldEvents we go further to ensure there are no hitches at your event. We handle Contingency Planning and Crisis Management through a combination of strategies, all involving experienced, highly professional personnel;
