Employee Engagement is about having a passion for work and is a key driver of high levels of performance.  Here at WorldEvents™ we are very proud of our employee engagement initiatives which are integral to the day to day running of our business. 

Our EPIC values (Effective, Passionate, Imaginative, and Committed) are clearly communicated and integrated in our daily lives from the recruitment stage, where our job descriptions reflect these values, through to our appraisal system and our regular internal communication processes.

Recruiting and retaining  talented and motivated staff is key to ensuring our continued successful growth.  We recognise our people are our business and invest appropriately in their development.  We run an unenviable series of high quality training workshops which are regularly evaluated for the purposes of continuous improvement, thereby ensuring that we provide our staff with the tools to do their job.

Employee engagement is also about culture.  We recognise that our staff have personal values and we align those with our own enabling our workforce  to have fun whilst working and get involved in social activities, charity work and CSR programmes.

Our commitment to employee engagement has reaped rewards for us over the last few months.  We consider our people to be our most important asset and are delighted that Investors in People have recognised our efforts in developing our staff by formally accrediting the company.

With the communication, training, development and appraisal processes in place, we will continue to develop as a people-focused business. In line with this, ongoing investment is being made in continuing with the hard skills based internal training, external management training, executive development and technical skill specific training.
