BS8901: Sustainable Meetings

WorldEvents™ are in the process of working towards BS8901 accreditation. BS8901 was launched in November 2007 and is a new British Standard which specifies requirements for a sustainable event management system. The purpose of the standard is to help the events industry conduct business operations in a more sustainable manner.

We are aiming to achieve BS8901 accreditation for our 2009 internal Company Conference, ensuring we are familiar and fully conversant with the standard before offering it to our clients.
